What is B³?
B³ (B-Cube) is a 30-hour blockchain hackathon by VinnovateIT, one of Yantra’26’s flagship events, where Web2 ideas are reimagined and built on-chain.
Why Blockchain?
Most of the internet today runs on Web2, apps and platforms controlled by companies that manage our data, content, and experiences. It’s convenient, but do we really have true ownership or control?
Web3 changes the game. Powered by blockchain, it puts power back in the hands of users with decentralized, secure, and transparent systems where you own your identity and digital assets.
It’s the shift from platforms controlling everything to people building and owning the internet themselves, a smarter, fairer, and more open web for everyone.

The builders of MessIT are back with another hackathon. VinnovateIT is where curiosity turns into creation. A community of builders and innovators exploring technology beyond classrooms, through hands-on learning and real problem solving. We don’t just learn tech, we build with it. Because real innovation begins when ideas meet execution.
Qamar Rizwani
A nationally recognised educator and Web3 leader, Qamar began his journey as a Quality Control Engineer in the UAE before pivoting into teaching and the blockchain space. Today, he has supported 50+ Web3 projects and actively contributes as IR at Kommunitas and Ambassador at PancakeSwap & ApeX Protocol. Rules of Engagement
To ensure a fair and exciting competition, please ensure your team adheres to the following guidelines.
Team Composition
Teams can consist of 1 to 4 members. Collaboration is key, but ensure every member contributes.
Fresh Code Policy
All code must be written during the event. Pre-built templates are allowed, but core logic must be new.
Submission
Final projects must be submitted via the platform before the deadline.
Code of Conduct
Respect fellow hackers. Harassment or plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
Intellectual Property
You own what you build. The event organizers claim no ownership over your project.
Demo Required
Submissions must include a 2–3 minute demo explaining the problem and solution.
What are the
Guidelines for B³
- VinnovateIT believes strongly in inclusivity. Everyone who wants to join the event is welcome. All submissions will be evaluated without bias.
- If you witness any incident violating someone’s rights, reach out to the organizing team. Members can be identified via their Core or Board ID cards.
- Reports remain anonymous, and strict action will follow confirmed incidents.
- Online participants can contact organizers through Discord — they carry the “VinnovateIT” role.
- TL;DR: Be respectful to everyone involved. If conduct slips, contact the organizing team immediately.
